This moving film warmly depicts the love between husband and wife, and the bonds between family when they are reunited with their child after 25 years apart. Actress Kana Kurashina plays the main character Satsuki, Showing a rich human range of emotions as she deals with the father character in the film. Hayato Ichihara plays the part of Seitaro, who runs a carnival booth when he fatefully meets Satsuki. Danshun Tatekawa plays the part of Rokuro, who emotionally deals with the situation between his new family and his 25-year absent daughter. Tomoyo Harada plays the part of Tamae, who works at the tea shop Renen-an while supporting Rokuro. Anna Iriyama, Maryjun Takahashi, Kyosuke Yabe, Masaru Nagai, and Masa Tomizu all give powerful performances. Takayuki Takuma directed, wrote, and plays a part in the film.
Aiai Gasa will make you want to be with your loved ones. The story of familial love is sure to make adults teary eyed with joy.
